Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 7919/TCCB dated September 13, 1997,

Article 1. Permission is hereby granted to establish the Ton Duc Thang Private University of Technology.
Article 2. The Ton Duc Thang Private University of Technology is a higher education institution under the state management of the Ministry of Education and Training. It has legal personality, its own seal, and separate accounts. The headquarters of the University is located in Ho Chi Minh City.
The system of diplomas of the Ton Duc Thang Private University of Technology is part of the national diploma system.
Article 3. The Ton Duc Thang Private University of Technology operates in accordance with the law, the Private University Charter issued by the Minister of Education and Training, and its own regulations approved by the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
