Regarding the announcement of the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Finance that have ceased to be legally effective, been abolished, or replaced by other documents

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 178-CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Fiscal Policy.
DECISION:
Article 1. Hereby promulgates the List of legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Finance up to December 31, 2001 that have ceased to be in effect, comprising 51 documents (Attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
