Regarding the issuance of the fee schedule for export quota
textile and garment products to the United States market
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Trade (document number 4233TM-XNK dated August 10, 2004 on the quota fee for textile and garment exports to the U.S. market);
At the request of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: This Decision promulgates the Fee Schedule for Export Quota of Textile and Garment Products to the United States Market.
The fee schedule issued together with this Decision replaces the Fee Schedule for Export Quota of Textile and Garment Products to the United States Market issued together with Decision No. 16/2004/QĐ-BTC dated February 12, 2004 of the Minister of Finance regarding the issuance of the fee schedule for export quota of textile and garment products to the EU and U.S. markets.
Article 2: This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2005. All consignments signed after the date this Decision comes into force shall be subject to the fees prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision.
Article 3: Provisions concerning the collection agency, registration, declaration, collection, payment, management, and utilization of collected fees remain in accordance with Decision No. 16/2004/QĐ-BTC dated February 12, 2004 of the Minister of Finance regarding the issuance of the fee schedule for export quota of textile and garment products to the EU and U.S. markets./.
