Hòn La Economic Zone, Quảng Bình Province
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Investment Law dated November 29, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quảng Bình Province and the Minister of Planning and Investment,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Hòn La Economic Zone, Quảng Bình Province.
Article 2. Issued together with this Decision are the Operating Regulations for the Hòn La Economic Zone, Quảng Bình Province.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quảng Bình Province, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, and Heads of government-affiliated agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
