PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 03/2007/NQ-CP dated January 19, 2007 of the Government on major solutions for directing and implementing the socio-economic plan and state budget for 2007;

Pursuant to Decision No. 34/2008/QĐ-TTg dated March 3, 2008 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Financial Supervisory Commission;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the National Financial Supervisory Commission,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on the Organization and Operation of the National Financial Supervisory Commission attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from July 10, 2009.

Article 3. The Chairman of the National Financial Supervisory Commission, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
