ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION RULES AND CONSTRUCTION OF WOODEN INLAND WATER VESSELS
AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF WOODEN INLAND WATER VESSELS

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARITIME QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY,
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION RULES AND CONSTRUCTION OF WOODEN INLAND WATER VESSELS.
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON CLASSIFICATION RULES AND CONSTRUCTION OF WOODEN INLAND WATER VESSELS.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2015.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS, AND THE ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
