Circular No. 79/2015/TT-BGTVT promulgates the National Technical Regulations on Motor Vehicle Driving License Testing Centers

Issuing the National Technical Regulation on Motor Vehicle Driving License Testing Centers

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology and the Director General of the Vietnam Highway Corporation,

The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations for Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Centers.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations for Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Centers.

Code: QCVN 40:2015/BGTVT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2016. The Circular number 18/2012/TT-BGTVT dated June 6, 2012, issued by the Minister of Transport regarding the National Technical Regulation on Motor Vehicle Driving License Testing Centers is hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Transport, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
