REGARDING CORRECTING DECISION NO. 156/2002/QĐ-BTC
RESPECTED: - Central Office and Departments of the Party,

- Ministries, agencies at ministerial level, government agencies,
- Supreme People's Court, Supreme People's Procuracy,
- Central Agencies of Mass Organizations,
- Provincial People's Councils and People's Committees under the Central Government,
- Departments of Finance-Taxation, Tax Collection Bureaus, State Treasury,
Development Support Funds of provinces and centrally governed cities
Due to typographical errors in listing additional and amended Chapters-Articles-Sections and Subsections of the National Budget Classification system promulgated by Decision No. 156/2002/QĐ-BTC dated December 20, 2002 issued by the Minister of Finance; the Ministry of Finance hereby corrects as follows:
1. On page 1, point 8, section I: Remove chapter 154 (A, B and C) "Foreign contractors and subcontractors" is corrected to remove chapter 159 (A, B and C) "Foreign contractors and subcontractors".
2. On page 6:
- Point 7, section III: Section 145 "Purchasing and repairing fixed assets for professional work" is corrected to read Section 145 "Purchasing fixed assets for professional work".
- Fifth bullet point of point 8, section III: ("Supplementing the guarantee fund Development Support Fund" becomes "Supplementing the guarantee fund") is corrected to read ("Supplementing the guarantee fund Development Support Fund" becomes "Providing funds to supplement the guarantee fund").
The Ministry of Finance hereby informs relevant agencies for their knowledge and implementation.
