THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Circular No. 4635/ĐMDN dated September 17, 1996 of the Government Office announcing the Prime Minister's approval for the renaming of the Corporation;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Foundation and Infrastructure Engineering Corporation in Document No. 348 LICOGI/TCCB dated June 26, 1996, and the proposal of the Head of the Labor Organization Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Foundation and Infrastructure Engineering Corporation established pursuant to Decision No. 998/BXD-TCLĐ dated November 20, 1995 shall be renamed the Infrastructure Construction and Development Corporation.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Head of the Labor Organization Department, Heads of units under the Ministry related to this matter, the Board of Directors, and the General Director of the Infrastructure Construction and Development Corporation are responsible for implementing this decision.
