ANZ Bank Branch Hanoi

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Based on Decree No. 215/2013/ND-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2011/NĐ-CP dated January 5, 2011 of the Government on the issuance of government bonds, government-guaranteed bonds, and local government bonds;

Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2012/TT-BTC dated February 8, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on guiding the issuance of Government Bonds in the domestic market;

Pursuant to Decision No. 3152/QD-BTC dated December 18, 2013 of the Minister of Finance announcing the list of members of the Government Bond Auction for 2014;

Upon the proposal of ANZ Bank Branch Hanoi, the Director of the Department of Banking Finance and Financial Institutions,

DECISION:

Article 1. The status of ANZ Bank Branch Hanoi as a member of the Government Bond Auction for 2014 is terminated.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. This Decision replaces Decision No. 560/QD-BTC dated March 19, 2014 of the Minister of Finance regarding the termination of the status of ANZ Bank Branch Hanoi as a member of the Government Bond Auction for 2014.

Article 4. Head of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, Director of the Department of Banking Finance and Financial Institutions, Chairman of the State Securities Commission, Director of the Legal Department, General Director of the State Treasury, Director of ANZ Bank Branch Hanoi, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance and related organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision./
