THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 95/NĐ-CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to Decision No. 133/2001/QĐ-TTg dated September 10, 2001 of the Government on the issuance of the Export Credit Support Regulation;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02/2003/NQ-CP dated January 17, 2003 of the Government on several main policies and solutions to be focused on implementing economic and social development tasks in 2003;
Implementing the guidance of the Prime Minister in Circular No. 78/CP-KTTH dated January 20, 2003 of the Government on promoting exports in 2003;
Following Decision No. 0271/2003/QĐ-BTM dated March 13, 2003 of the Ministry of Trade;
After consultation with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the Development Assistance Fund;
DECIDES:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the supplementary list of goods eligible for export credit support in 2003.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
