DECREE-LAW

No. 8 dated January 22, 1947

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 5/SL of December 31, 1946 on the organization of evacuation and migration committees,

At the request of the Ministers of Interior, Economy, Agriculture, Health, Finance, and National Education,

DECREE-ORDERS:

 

ORDER ISSUED:

Article 1

The following persons are hereby appointed to the Evacuation and Migration Committee:

- Mr. Bùi Bàng as Chairman

- Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tố as Vice-Chairman

- Mr. Phan Anh as Secretary

- Mr. Nguyễn Xiển representing the Ministry of Interior

- Mr. Lê Trần Đức for Economy

- Mr. Hoàng Văn Đức for Agriculture

- Mr. Nguyễn Viên Hải for Health

- Mr. Trần Văn Phú for Finance

- Mr. Đào Duy Kỳ for National Education

- Mr. Dương Đức Hiệp for Labor

- Mr. Hoàng Đắc Thuỷ for Defense

Article 2

The Ministries of Interior, Economy, Agriculture, Health, Finance, and National Education shall implement this decree.
