THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, reorganization, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50/CP;
Considering the report and proposal of the General Director of the Company for Product Introduction and Consumption of Agricultural and Food Industry Products (document No. 95/CV dated March 10, 2000): The branch of the Company for Product Introduction and Consumption of Agricultural and Food Industry Products in Ho Chi Minh City has completed its tasks, and now the company does not need to continue maintaining this branch;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Dissolve the branch of the Company for Product Introduction and Consumption of Agricultural and Food Industry Products in Ho Chi Minh City, with headquarters at 135 Pasteur Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2. - The General Director of the Company for Product Introduction and Consumption of Agricultural and Food Industry Products shall be responsible for resolving all labor, property, financial... issues (if any) left behind by the dissolution of the branch.
Article 3. - This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature. Abolish Decision No. 220 NN-TCCB/QĐ dated April 1, 1995 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (now the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development).
Article 4. - The Head of the Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the General Director of the Company for Product Introduction and Consumption of Agricultural and Food Industry Products, and the General Director of the Branch of the Company for Product Introduction and Consumption of Agricultural and Food Industry Products in Ho Chi Minh City are responsible for implementing this decision./.
