REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR THE HOA BINH, TUYEN QUANG, AND THAC BA HYDROPOWER RESERVOIRS DURING THE ANNUAL FLOOD SEASON
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE LAW ON WATER RESOURCES OF MAY 20, 1998;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION OF MARCH 8, 1993, THE ORDINANCE AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ORDINANCE ON FLOOD AND STORM PREVENTION OF AUGUST 24, 2000, AND THE ORDINANCE ON DIKE REGULATION OF AUGUST 24, 2000;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON THE EXPLOITATION AND PROTECTION OF IRRIGATION WORKS OF APRIL 4, 2001.
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR THE HOA BINH, TUYEN QUANG, AND THAC BA HYDROPOWER RESERVOIRS DURING THE ANNUAL FLOOD SEASON.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AFFILIATED AGENCIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
