At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 71/1998/NĐ-CP dated September 8, 1998 of the Government on issuing the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in the Activities of Agencies;.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on Implementing Democracy in the Activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Article 2. The General Departments, the Management Board of the Ethnic Cultural-Vietnam Tourism Village, the Bureaus, and the subordinate units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall base this Regulation and relevant legal provisions to specify the implementation of democracy in the activities of their agencies and units.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 4. The Minister, Deputy Ministers, Heads of agencies and units directly under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, civil servants, public officials, and employees within the establishment of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
