ISSUING THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS, VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY PRACTICE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM PHASE II 2009 BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE OF APRIL 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;
ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS, VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY PRACTICE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM PHASE II 2009.
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Director of the Animal Health Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Heads of related agencies, organizations, and individuals, both domestic and foreign, involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.||| This Circular shall take effect accordingly.
