Decree No. 80 Regarding Mr. Truong Van Ninh Resigning from the Position of Director of the Ministry of Agriculture's Office

DECREE-LAW

No. 80 dated May 29, 1946

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the declaration of August 28, 1945 regarding the establishment of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 57 dated May 3, 1946 establishing positions within each Ministry of the Government of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 62 dated May 8, 1946 establishing positions in the Office, departments, and bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated May 8, 1946 appointing personnel for positions in the Office, departments, and bureaus under the Ministry of Agriculture;

Pursuant to the resignation letter of Mr. Trương Văn Minh dated May 27, 1946;

At the request of the Minister of Agriculture, and after the Council of Ministers has reached an agreement;

ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Mr. Trương Văn Minh, who previously held the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, is permitted to resign from his position as of May 27, 1946.

Article 2

Now appoints Mr. Lê Văn Nguôn, a graduate in Law, to hold the position of Director of the Office of the Ministry of Agriculture in place of Mr. Trương Văn Minh who has resigned.

Article 3

The Minister of Agriculture is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law./.
