DECREE-LAW
OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NUMBER 80 DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 1947
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 63 dated November 22, 1945 and Decree-Law No. 77 dated December 21, 1945 on the organization of people's administration and administrative committees.
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 1-SL dated December 18, 1946 establishing protection committees and implementing Circular No. 6-NV/CT dated December 28, 1946.
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 235-SL dated July 25, 1947 organizing Zone 14.
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 78-SL dated September 3, 1947 on the appointment of personnel in administrative committees.
At the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs.
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Le Van Giang as a member of the Anti-French Resistance Committee of Zone 14.
Article 2
The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law.
