DECISION

Regarding the issuance of Regulations on Implementing Democracy in the Activities of Units under the Ministry and Sector of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs

MINISTER OF LABOR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

- On the basis of the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;

- On the basis of Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government regarding tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management by ministries and agencies at ministerial level;

- On the basis of Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

- On the basis of Decree No. 71/1998/NĐ-CP dated September 8, 1998 of the Government promulgating Regulations on Implementing Democracy in the Activities of Agencies.

Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training.

DECISION

Article 1. To issue with this decision the Regulations on Implementing Democracy in the Activities of Units under the Ministry and Sector of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Department of Organization and Cadre Training, Directors of Departments of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally-administered cities, Heads of related units, and Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision.
