BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL HEALTH, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT.
DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO WITH THIS DECISION: THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS, VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY PRACTICE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM PHASE I 2008.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ANIMAL HEALTH, THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
