At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;

Pursuant to the National Archives Law dated April 4, 2001;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 58/2001/NĐ-CP dated August 24, 2001 on seal management and usage;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 110/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2004 on secretarial work;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 111/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 8, 2004 detailing implementation of certain provisions of the National Archives Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Pursuant to the Circular No. 21/2005/TT-BNV dated February 1, 2005 of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of secretarial and archival units under ministries, agencies at the level of ministries, government agencies, and People's Committees;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Office,

DECISION:

Article 1. Issued together with this Decision

1. The Regulation on Secretarial and Archival Work of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

2. Appendix on document format:

a) Abbreviations and symbols of units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; table of abbreviations for types of documents and regulations on document format;

b) Layout models for various types of documents;

c) Format and layout models for document copies.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The following documents shall cease to be effective upon the entry into force of this Decision:

1. Decision No. 36/2001/QĐ-BVHTT dated April 25, 2001 of the Minister of Culture and Information promulgating the Regulation on secretarial and archival work of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

2. Decision No. 1076/2004/QĐ-UBTDTT dated July 15, 2004 of the Minister and Chairman of the State Sports Committee promulgating the Regulation on secretarial and archival work of the State Sports Committee.

Article 3. The Director of the Office, heads of agencies and units, and civil servants directly under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
