CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations in the field of animal feed

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/ND-CP dated March 19, 1996 of the Government on the management of animal feed;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,

Article 1. Attached hereto are 04 National Technical Regulations in the field of Animal Feed:

1. National Technical Regulation: Animal Feed - Maximum Allowable Levels of Antibiotics, Chemicals, Microorganisms, and Heavy Metals in Complete Mixed Ration for Chickens.

2. National Technical Regulation: Animal Feed - Maximum Allowable Levels of Antibiotics, Microorganisms, and Heavy Metals in Complete Mixed Ration for Ducks.

Code: QCVN 01 - 11: 2009/BNNPTNT

3. National Technical Regulation: Animal Feed - Maximum Allowable Levels of Antibiotics, Chemicals, Microorganisms, and Heavy Metals in Complete Mixed Ration for Pigs.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Livestock Production Department, Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing these regulations.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
