Pursuant to Decree No. 188-SL dated May 29, 1948, amended by Decree No. 30-SL dated February 19, 1950 and Decree No. 47-SL dated March 25, 1950 on the salary system for civil servants;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Ministers of Finance and Interior;
In accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers after consultation with the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
ISSUES THE DECREE:
Article 1. From May 1, 1950, civil servants working in government agencies shall be entitled to the salaries and allowances stipulated herein.

Article 3. Civil servants shall be entitled to the following allowances:
a) Family Allowance:
- For wife (primary or secondary spouse): equivalent to 11 kilograms of rice;
- For each child under 16 years old or under 18 years old if still attending school or disabled: equivalent to 5.5 kilograms of rice.
b) Regional climate allowance established by Decree No. 47-SL dated March 25, 1950.
Article 4. The amount to be contributed to the pension fund will be determined later.
Article 5. All regulations contrary to this decree are hereby abolished.
Article 6. The Ministers shall implement this decree.
