from national employment settlement loan funds
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Based on Decision No. 950 TC/HCSN dated October 17, 1996 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the distribution and use of interest from loans from the National Employment Settlement Fund according to small projects;
Based on the proposal of the General Director of the State Treasury Central Office;
After reaching a consensus with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Article 1. Amend the content at Point second (+), Section first (-); Part c, Article 1 of Decision No. 950 TC/HCSN dated October 17, 1996 of the Ministry of Finance regarding the distribution and use of interest from loans from the National Employment Settlement Fund according to small projects as follows:
"Allocate allowances to public security agencies, prosecution offices, courts, local administrative authorities at all levels, mass organizations, and people's organizations that participate in recovering overdue difficult-to-recover debts. The amount allocated for allowances to these agencies shall be calculated at 5% of the total actual recovered principal."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its date of issuance. The State Treasury Central Office and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
