THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 15/2007/NĐ-CP dated January 26, 2007, on the classification of provincial and district-level administrative units, and Circular No. 05/2007/TT-BNV dated June 21, 2007, of the Ministry of Home Affairs guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 15/2007/NĐ-CP.
Based on the proposal of the People's Committee of Hanoi City at Proposal No. 18/TT-UBND dated April 3, 2009, regarding the classification of Me Linh District and the proposal of the Department of Local Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The classification of the administrative unit at the district level for Me Linh District, Hanoi City is as follows:
Me Linh District, Hanoi City is classified as a district-level administrative unit type II.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Chairperson of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City and Me Linh District shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
