Issued by the Minister of Transport Decision No. 813/2000/QĐ-BGTVT dated April 5, 2000 on abolishing normative legal documents
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for the comprehensive review and systematization of normative legal documents and the plan for the comprehensive review of normative legal documents;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 22/CP dated March 22, 1994 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, responsibilities for state management, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Head of the Steering Committee for the comprehensive review and systematization of normative legal documents of the Ministry of Transport,
DECISION:
Article 1. Abolish 88 legal documents as listed in the appendix to this Decision.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Department of Legal Affairs for Transportation, and the Heads of relevant agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
