On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
On the basis of the Law on Vietnamese Citizenship 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 85/TTr-CP dated May 30, 2006.

Article 1. Revoke Vietnamese citizenship for: four citizens currently residing in the United States; forty-nine citizens currently residing in China (Macau and Hong Kong); four citizens currently residing in the Republic of Poland; thirty-seven citizens currently residing in the Lao People's Democratic Republic; sixty-three citizens currently residing in the Kingdom of Denmark; twenty-one citizens currently residing in the Republic of Austria; twenty-two citizens currently residing in the Netherlands; four citizens currently residing in the Czech Republic; fifty-four citizens currently residing in the Republic of Korea; four hundred twenty-three citizens currently residing in the Federal Republic of Germany (listed in the attached list).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the citizens named in the list in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
