DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the restoration of Vietnamese nationality
CHAIRMAN
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992 as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at Circular No. 45/TTr-CP dated June 21, 2007,
DECISION:
Article 1. Restores Vietnamese nationality for Ms. Phan Thi Phuong Loan, born on August 26, 1970 in Ho Chi Minh City, currently residing at 576 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 4, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the person named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
