DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the approval of the Loan Agreement signed with ADB
CHAIRMAN
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the 10th National Assembly, 10th Session;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Accession and Implementation of International Treaties 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Prime Minister at the Memorandum No. 911/TTg-QHQT dated July 10, 2007,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the Loan Agreement for the project "Developing Medium and Small Cities in Central Vietnam" signed between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on May 24, 2007.
Article 2. The Minister of Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for handling diplomatic procedures regarding the Socialist Republic of Vietnam's approval of the aforementioned Agreement and notifying relevant agencies of the date of its effectiveness.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
The Prime Minister and the Director of the President's Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
