DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER
ON THE UPGRADE AND RENAMING OF CERTAIN UNITS
UNDER THE NATIONAL CIVIL SERVICE AWARD AND RECOGNITION BOARD
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 30/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of government agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 158/2004/NĐ-CP dated August 25, 2004 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Civil Service Award and Recognition Board;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the National Civil Service Award and Recognition Board and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. The following units under the National Civil Service Award and Recognition Board shall be upgraded and renamed:
1. Upgrading the Southern Office's permanent office unit to the Southern Representative Office.
2. Renaming the Information Technology and Archive Center to the Information Technology Center (transferring archival work to the Office of the Board and the Southern Representative Office).
Article 2. The Chairman of the National Civil Service Award and Recognition Board shall specify the functions, tasks, and powers of the Southern Representative Office and the Information Technology Center.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, and Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
