Amending the Legislative Drafting Program for 2014
and the Thirteenth National Assembly Term

THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly No. 30/2001/QH10, as amended and supplemented by Law No. 83/2007/QH11;
On the basis of The Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents No. 17/2008/QH12;
After considering the Government's reports on amending the Legislative Drafting Program for 2014 and the Report of new rural areas Removing from the Legislative Drafting Program for 2014 the following draft laws and ordinances: of the National Assembly; legal
RESOLUTION:
Article 1.
1. Special Administrative-Economic Units Law;
2. Resolution of the National Assembly on preferential mechanisms for special scientific research and technology institutions;
3. Resolution of the National Assembly on participation in international peacekeeping forces.
Supplementing the draft Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of related Laws concerning certain tax policies aimed at resolving difficulties for businesses into the Legislative Drafting Program for the Thirteenth National Assembly Term and the Legislative Drafting Program for 2014 for consideration and approval at the eighth session according to the procedure at one session.
Article 2.
Assigning the Government to submit the draft; the Finance and Budget Committee to lead the review; the Legal Affairs Committee and the Economic Committee to participate in reviewing the draft Law amending and supplementing certain provisions of related Laws concerning certain tax policies aimed at resolving difficulties for businesses.
Article 3.
This Resolution takes effect from the date of signature./.
