Regarding the amendment of the plant quarantine declaration form for animal products
issued pursuant to Decision No. 118/2000/QĐ/BNN-BVTV
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Plant Protection and Quarantine Ordinance promulgated on August 8, 2001, and Decree No. 58/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government promulgating the Plant Quarantine Regulations;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department.
DECISION:
Article 1:Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the model "Plant Quarantine Declaration Form"
This form replaces Model No. 13 in the provisions issued together with Decision No. 118/2000/QĐ/BNN-BVTV dated November 20, 2000 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are abolished.
Article 3:The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
