THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Water Resources No. 08/1998/QH10; and the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2456/QD-BNN-KHCN dated September 21, 2005 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating Industry Standard 14TCN 156-2005 "Irrigation Works System - Provisions on Establishing and Issuing Operation Procedures";
At the proposal of the Director of the Irrigation Department, the Director of the Construction Management Department, and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operation Procedures for the An Trach Irrigation System (Quang Nam - Da Nang) are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Departments and Units under the Ministry, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
