Decision No. 82/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL promulgates the Regulation on the procedures and formalities for drafting, reviewing, and issuing legal normative documents of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

DECISION

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR DRAFTING, REVIEWING, AND ENACTING LEGAL INSTRUMENTS OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM

Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Instruments of November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Instruments of December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Instruments and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Issuing Legal Instruments;
Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 18, 2004 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central government agencies, specialized agencies under provincial People's Committees, and state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the “Regulations on Procedures and Requirements for Drafting, Reviewing, and Enacting Legal Instruments of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.”

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from its publication in the Official Gazette. The Decision No. 1484/2006/QĐ-UBTDTT dated August 23, 2006 of the Minister and Chairman of the Sports Management Committee on Regulations on Procedures and Requirements for Drafting, Reviewing, and Enacting Legal Instruments of the Sports Management Committee is hereby repealed.

Article 3. The Director of the Legal Department, the Head of the General Office, the Inspector General, Directors of Departments, Bureaus, and Units under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
