1. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON CLASSIFICATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF PASSENGER YACHTS. REGISTRATION CODE: QCVN 81:2014/BGTVT.
ARTICLE 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JULY 1, 2015
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY’S DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT ORGANIZATIONS, AND ASSOCIATED INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
