DECREE-LAW
No. 82 dated May 29, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
After the Council has agreed,
ISSUES THE DECREE-ORDER:
Article 1
In the absence of the Chairman of the Government, Minister Huỳnh Thúc Kháng of the Ministry of Interior Affairs shall sign routine documents and chair meetings of the Government Council in place of the Chairman.
Article 2
In the absence of Mr. Hoàng Minh Giám, Deputy Minister of Interior Affairs, Mr. Cù Huy Cận shall act as proxy.
Article 3
In the absence of Mr. Phan Anh, Minister of National Defense and Mr. Tạ Quang Bửu, Deputy Minister of National Defense, Mr. Võ Nguyên Giáp, Chairman of the Military Affairs Commission, and Mr. Vũ Hồng Khanh, Vice-Chairman of the Military Affairs Commission shall act as proxies together.
Article 4
The Ministers of Interior Affairs, National Defense, and the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Military Affairs Commission shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
