Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Education and Training at Circular No. 4188/BGDĐT-GDĐH dated May 22, 2009 on the assignment of doctoral training tasks to the Diplomatic Academy,
DECISION:
Clause 4 of Article 6Assigning the task of training doctoral level for the Diplomatic Academy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Ministry of Education and Training shall specify the specific majors for training for the Diplomatic Academy.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 4. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, and Directors of the Diplomatic Academy are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
