Regarding the adjustment of the State budget estimate for 2011
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Section 1, Article 9 of Circular No. 202/2010/TT-BTC dated December 14, 2010 of the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of adjustments to the budget estimates of budgetary units;
Pursuant to Decision No. 531/QD-BNN-TC dated March 22, 2011 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development approving the budget for the operation expenses of the Office of the National Target Program in 2011;
On the proposal of the Director of the Finance Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Adjust the State budget estimate for 2011 for the following units as follows:
a) Reduce the State budget estimate for 2011 of:
- Unit: Ministry Office
- Budget code: 1053631, State Treasury Branch in Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City
- Expenses: Public expenditure on agricultural economics (Type 010-013), non-self-financing portion. From Item 3, Annex 3 of Decision No. 531/QD-BNN-TC.
- Amount: 200,000,000 VND (Two hundred million VND).
b) Supplement the State budget estimate for 2011 for:
- Unit: Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences
- Budget code: 1053514, State Treasury Branch in Thanh Tri District, Hanoi City
- Expenses: Public expenditure on agricultural economics (Type 010-013), non-self-financing portion.
- Amount: 200,000,000 VND (Two hundred million VND).
- Content: "Research on developing policies for assessing and managing risks associated with genetically modified microorganisms used in agriculture"
Article 2. Based on the adjusted budget estimate, heads of relevant units shall organize its implementation in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law and guiding documents.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Department of Finance, and the heads of relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
