MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
Based on Decree No. 187/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Information and Communications;
Based on Decision No. 50/2006/QĐ-BBCVT dated December 1, 2006 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (now the Ministry of Information and Communications) regarding the designation of testing rooms for quality management under the specialized supervision of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Designate the testing room:
Optical Transmission Testing Laboratory (VILAS 285)
belonging to: Joint Stock Company Vinh-LSC Fiber Optic Cable Production
to be permitted to test telecommunications equipment within the scope of testing recognized by the Quality Accreditation Office - General Department of Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control.
Article 2. The designated testing room as specified in Article 1 must comply with all current requirements for the designation of testing rooms.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect until November 28, 2010.
