Regarding the dispatch of officials, civil servants, and public employees to attend training courses
on state management for the specialist program
THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Circular No. 214/TB-HVHC dated April 13, 2009 of the Academy of Public Administration announcing the plan to open a state management training course for the specialist program and senior specialist program;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Personnel Organization,
DECISION:
Article 1. Dispatch 16 officials, civil servants, and public employees to participate in the state management training course for the specialist program organized by the Training and Capacity Building Center in collaboration with the Academy of Public Administration (attached list).
Duration of study: three months, commencement date: May 25, 2009.
Place of study: Conference Hall of the State Archives and Records Management Department, No. 12 Dao Tan Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.
The cost of attending the course will be taken from the training and capacity building budget for officials and civil servants in 2009 allocated by the Ministry to its subordinate agencies and units. The use of funds shall comply with current regulations of the State.
Article 2. Officials, civil servants, and public employees named in Article 1 during their time of study must be assigned substitute personnel by the heads of their agencies and units to take over their duties and are responsible for strictly adhering to the regulations of the State and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Cadre Organization Department, and the heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
