Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 50/2007/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2007 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and the Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse and Prostitution;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1365/QD-TTg dated October 10, 2007 on the appointment of members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and the Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse and Prostitution;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs at Circular No. 1711/LDTBXH-TCCB dated May 25, 2009,
DECISION:
Article 1. Appoint Mr. Nguyen Trong Dam, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, to replace Mr. Le Bach Hong as a member of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and the Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse and Prostitution.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, members of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and the Prevention and Control of Drug Abuse and Prostitution, and those named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
