DECREE-LAW
No. 82B dated May 29, 1946
CHAIRMAN OF THE VIETNAMESE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 34 dated March 25, 1946 on the organization of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 35 dated March 25, 1946 appointing the heads of departments under the Ministry of National Defense;
In response to a request by the Minister of National Defense;
ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1
Appoints Mr. Nguyen Duy Thanh, electrical engineer, as Director of the Department of Public Works and Transportation in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh who is on a mission to France.
Article 2
The Minister of National Defense shall implement this Decree-Law.
