On the scope of application of policies for border gate economic zones in Cao Bang province

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization, December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province at the report number 122/TT-UB dated March 5, 2002; the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment at the letter number 2793/BKH/QLKT dated May 7, 2002, and the proposal of the Ministry of Finance at the letter number 4015 TC/CSTC dated April 24, 2002.
DECISION:
Article 1. The scope of border gate economic zones in Cao Bang province is as follows:
- Tà Lùng Border Gate Economic Zone, including the town of Tà Lùng and Hoa Thuan commune in Phuc Hoa district. - Trà Lĩnh Border Gate Economic Zone, including the entire town of Hung Quoc in Trà Lĩnh district. - Soc Giang Border Gate Economic Zone, including the entire Soc Ha commune in Ha Quang district.
Article 2. The border gate economic zones in Cao Bang province shall be subject to the policies on border gate economic zones as stipulated in Decision No. 53/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 19, 2001 of the Prime Minister.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from 2002. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
