Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF DISEASES IN AQUATIC ANIMALS THAT MUST BE DECLARED.
THIS LIST WILL BE UPDATED WHEN NEW DANGEROUS DISEASES APPEAR AND MUST BE DECLARED.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES CIRCULAR NO. 39/2009/TT-BNNPTNT dated June 29, 2009, ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROVIDING THE LIST OF DISEASES IN AQUATIC ANIMALS THAT MUST BE DECLARED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE VETERINARY COUNCIL, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES, WE URGE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS TO REPORT TO THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TIMELY AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION./.
