Regarding the assignment of master's degree training tasks
to Duy Tan University
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2005;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 11873/BGDDT-GDDH dated December 30, 2008 on the assignment of master's degree training tasks to Duy Tan University,
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning master's degree training tasks to Duy Tan University.
Article 2. The Ministry of Education and Training shall specify the specific majors for Duy Tan University.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and the Rector of Duy Tan University are responsible for implementing this Decision./
