ANNOUNCEMENT
OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE NUMBER 83 TC/VP DATED APRIL 5, 1999 REGARDING CORRECTION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS
On March 4, 1999, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 24/1999/BTC-TT guiding financial management work to implement the system of rewards for outstanding achievements in economic and social tasks and national defense according to the provisions of Government Decree No. 56/1998/NĐ-CP dated July 30, 1998.
Due to a printing error, Clause 2.1, Point 2, Section II of the Circular states: "Outstanding labor collectives and units are rewarded with money not exceeding one month's minimum wage, the reward amount being 100,000 thousand dong", which is hereby corrected as follows:
"Outstanding labor collectives and units are rewarded with money not exceeding one month's minimum wage, the reward amount being 100,000 dong".
