PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (Letter No. 3189-NN/KH/CV dated September 25, 1996) and that of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province (Letter No. 968-CV/NN/UBTH dated May 31, 1996),
DECISION:
Article 1. - Transfer Ben En National Park under the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for management.
Article 2. - The People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province shall be responsible for transferring in its current state: land, assets, physical infrastructure, capital, management staff, labor... of Ben En National Park to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for management.
The Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for recording increases and decreases in capital and assets between the receiving and transferring parties.
Article 3. - The Ministers of Agriculture and Rural Development, Finance, Planning and Investment, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, the Director of Ben En National Park, and the Heads of relevant Ministries and sectors shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
