THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE PETITION LAW ON DECEMBER 2, 1998; THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW ON PETITION ON JUNE 15, 2004 AND NOVEMBER 29, 2005;
BASED ON THE INSPECTION LAW ON JUNE 15, 2004;
BASED ON THE PREVENTION AND COMBATING CORRUPTION LAW ON NOVEMBER 29, 2005;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 61/2003/NĐ-CP ON JUNE 6, 2003 DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 148/2005/NĐ-CP ON NOVEMBER 30, 2005 ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF THE PLANNING AND INVESTMENT INSPECTION;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF INSPECTOR AND THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON COORDINATION IN INSPECTION, AUDIT AND PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION OF THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE CHIEF INSPECTOR OF THE MINISTRY, THE HEAD OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S SUBORDINATE UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
