THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 38/2013/ND-CP dated April 23, 2013 of the Government on the Management and Use of Official Development Assistance (ODA) and Preferential Loan Funds from Donors;

Pursuant to Circular No. 01/2014/TT-BKHĐT dated January 9, 2014 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 38/2013/ND-CP;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1696/QD-BTC dated July 10, 2009 of the Minister of Finance on the issuance of the Regulation on the Management and Implementation of Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Finance using Foreign Aid;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1282/QD-BTC dated May 31, 2013 of the Minister of Finance approving the contents of the Project Documentation for the "Technical Support for Building Asset Management Software for Rural Clean Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Projects";

Pursuant to the Financing Agreement No. 67109 of AusAID dated May 31, 2013 and the Amended Financing Agreement No. 67109;

Pursuant to the Letter of Agreement to Extend the Project from AusAID dated March 24, 2014;

Considering the proposal of the Director General of the International Cooperation Department and the Director General of the State Asset Management Bureau,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approve the adjustment and supplementation of the contents of the Project Documentation for the "Technical Support for Building Asset Management Software for Rural Clean Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation Projects" funded by AusAID as follows: Adjust the implementation period of the project to October 31, 2014. Extending the project's implementation period does not change the objectives or the ODA and counterpart funds of the Project.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Director General of the State Asset Management Bureau, the Director General of the International Cooperation Department, the Director General of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Director General of the Legal Department, the Director General of the Planning and Finance Bureau, the Director General of the Debt Management and External Financial Affairs Bureau, the Director General of the Information Technology and Financial Statistics Bureau, the Head of the Ministry of Finance Office, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
