Regarding the assignment of undergraduate training tasks to the Naval Academy
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of National Defense and the Minister of Education and Training;
DECISION:
Article 1. - Assigns the task of undergraduate training to the Naval Academy under the Ministry of National Defense.
The undergraduate diploma of the Naval Academy is part of the national diploma system.
Article 2. - The objectives, contents, and training programs for undergraduate levels at the Naval Academy shall be decided by the Minister of National Defense after consultation with the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 3. - Specific tasks, organizational structure, staffing, and management methods of the Naval Academy shall be regulated by the Minister of National Defense after consultation with the Minister - Head of the Civil Service - Personnel Council of the Government.
Article 4. - The Ministers of the respective ministries, heads of agencies equivalent to ministries, agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 5. - This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
